Coconut Laddoo
(Nariyal Ka Laddu)

It is a very simple and healthy sweet made with coconut. It is one of the most liked sweet by all age groups. Easy to make and fun to eat.

  1. Coconut powder - 2 cup
  2. Milk - 1 cup
  3. Sugar - 1 cup
  4. Cardomom powder - 1/4 tsp
  5. Ghee - 1 tsp.
Method :
In a kadai heat ghee and add coconut powder. Stir continuously till you get the aroma, colour should not change. Now add milk and mix well, add cardamom powder, sugar. Mix till it melts and gets blended. This takes about 5 minutes. Remove from gas stove and allow it to cool. Take little oil and rub it onto your palms. Now take a portion of the mixture and make balls or any other shape. Dust it with coconut powder by rolling. Garnish as you wish.
