Zucchini curd bath

Zucchini contains a variety of vitamins, minerals, and beneficial plant compounds. Cooked zucchini is particularly high in vitamin A, though raw zucchini contains slightly less.

Ingredients: Zucchini - 1 small - 100g
Ginger - 1 inch chopped
Green chillies - 1 chopped
fresh cream - 50g
Hung curd - 50g put the curd in a tea filter and let it drain for 2 hours
Salt – to taste

Method:
Grate the zucchini. Add salt to it and let it stand for 15 min for the water to drain. Add chopped ginger, chilli, curd, cream and give it a good mix. Adjust salt. Temper with ghee using mustard and hing.
Add pickle for taste
